Correspondence

You must use your own judgment about writing letters. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding your case, you should contact your attorney immediatly. Your mail should not be censored from any correctional facility or jail; however, it is wise to write on the envelope:

"CONFIDENTIAL ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE"

Always include your return address and indicate your dorm or location in the facility or jail if you are incarcerated. For mailing address click here.

Another alternative to mail is calling the office. This agency handles thousands of calls each year so you may experience some difficulties in reaching your attorney by telephone. Your attorney will make every effort to take your calls if he or she is available. Please remember, however that your attoney has other clients and must contend with frequent court appearances, witness interviews, and other matters that take them out of the office. If your attorney is unavilable, every effort will be made to put you in touch with an investigator, paralegal, or legal secretary who can answer your questions or take any information you would like to pass on to your attorney. Our office phone numbers are:

Columbus: (614) 469-2999
Cincinnati: (513) 929-4834
Dayton: (937) 225-7687
